Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Gatherlist service (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Gatherlist lets venues manage guest lists, invite staff with roles (owner, list manager, door staff), share one-time guest links, and check guests in at the door. The Service is provided by BrunnerWerk (Adrian Brunner).

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person should use one account; do not share credentials.

4. Your responsibilities for guest data

You may only add a guest's personal data (name, accompanying persons, notes) if you have a lawful basis to do so, and you are responsible for how you use that data. You must not use the Service to store unlawful, abusive or excessive personal data, to send spam, or to attempt to breach the security of the Service or access data that is not yours.

5. Your content

The venues, events, lists and guest entries you create remain yours. You grant the operator the limited right to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Paid features and pricing

Creating an event is a paid, metered action. The prices are: one event credit for 2 CHF; a month pass (30 days) for 15 CHF; a year pass (365 days) for 150 CHF, in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is processed by Stripe. All purchases are one-time. There is no automatic renewal or subscription; a pass simply expires and you may buy again. Operating existing venues, events, lists, entries, check-in and staff memberships is free.

7. No refunds

All purchases are final. Event credits and passes are non-refundable, and unused credits or remaining pass time are not refunded, except where a refund is required by mandatory law. Deleting an event does not refund a credit.

8. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty. It may be temporarily unavailable (including because a single server is used and may sleep when idle), and the operator may change, suspend or discontinue features. No specific uptime is guaranteed.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service.

12. Changes

The operator may update these Terms; the “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with the courts of Basel-Landschaft (Basel-Land), Switzerland having jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
